The language for approval is working it's way through the local Village planning committees, then to Planning Commission then to Council and the Mayor for approvals.

@Imtiaz Koujalgi I may not be able to answer your Q's directly---But there is plenty of rental demand in OP/Prairie Village for higher end single family homes. 

It's enough for them to understand you're investing and why and how, but without making all the villagers scream that the dragons are coming.

The village is busy and can be noisy. 5 acres offers serenity and views which I prefer.

I just don't know if the higher prices closer to the village make it that much more worth it.
