You are way more generous than I would be in the same position.  

The rooms are going to be a very generous size, each with a window and ceiling fan.

If it were me I would install a decently efficient and generously sized heat pump along with a 90% efficiency propane furnace and have them include an 10/15K in straight electric heat as well.
