That is usually the building exterior and landscaping, especially in the main entrance. 

You may need to have zoning changed.Then there is the topographical changes that will need to be made, landscaping, paths, parking, etc...And you may want to think about putting a headstone carving business next door too (one stop shop kind of thing).Some have a large grand entrance, some do not.Then you will need sales personnel to sell the lots--maybe morticians do that, but I mean pre-sales--early sales--if that is your business model.If you plan on moving old Indian burial grounds, you would (Probably) need to talk to the Chief out at the reservation that claims that land--what's in it for them (???).

(I assume the way you're talking that there's a separate entrance for such a space?) 

Each floor has it's separate entrance, and living spaces (including kitchen).

When finding a home I would look for something with multiple entrances/living areas to optimize space for individuals who live different lifestyles.Best of luck!

My lease actually states if there is a pet in lease, it is only that specific pet; if no pet in lease, then there will be no pets, including guest pets or pet-sitting, and any animal (or any other animal if specific pet is listed) seen on premises will be considered an emergency in terms of entrance for landlord/manager, animal control or other service to have animal immediately removed from premises to avoid damage to property, including inside fence in yard, not just inside home.  

But when I try to find real estate groups out here they all charge you an entrance fee.
