She is down to earth, and I did ask her that question of why teach ( as obviously she does not need the money) for her it is helping others, giving back, leaving a legacy. 

Reading articles like this make me discouraged to be human sometimes, Heck I'm discouraged I would even waste my time reading this article and thus proving I'm just another stupid person on the planet earth who had nothing better to do, than respond with this stupid reply.

Jacksonville is a crime ridden hell on earth...just had a shooting involving a 13 & a 16 year old...I would advise waiting 6-12 months before you do anything so you can see what you are up against and hope you get posted elsewhere...just my 2 cents worth !

Why on earth would a builder build a house for you, if your contract simply let you change your mind when it was completd?

End of school year and beginning of summer I usually drop of the face of the earth for a few weeks due to kids/family/vacations etc.
