You may get some grumbling and a bad attitude for a month but it will pass.

Did they seem like they were pressed for time and if so, will this be their attitude when someone domes up?

I agree to let us maintain respectful and constructive attitudes in all forum exchanges.

"Take it or leave it" may sound harsh, but it's an attitude most experienced contractors will handle their business.

But when anyone gets to the scale of owning enough rentals to actually make a living, I think they learn that they simply traded one job for another, often harder, job.As far as syndications go, they are only somewhat more passive than owning rentals, and I think it really depends on your mentality and attitude toward them.  

Luckily I only do MTM leases and just gave them notice to move after that (I had already had a chat with them about their accusations and attitude toward me and gave them a chance). 

Be willing to do what you are asked, when you are asked and have the mentality that you are learning and getting paid while you do - have an attitude of  gratitude - and you will be on your way.
