Account Closed Im only asking out of curiosity and to add to my knowledge arsenal, but in today's market if the rates are still low, would it make much sense to a large institutional lender to call a loan that has an interest rate comparable to the current rates?

@Christopher Veljkovic, yea it sounds like maybe it's a requirement by the state, I did a little research out of curiosity and while I didn't really find anything specific it seemed like a typical clause like Nathan mentioned.

So, this is something I feel I should know, but am not 100% sure about:So, once you have an LLC formed to hold your real estate and start accruing cash which will eventually go toward your next property, can you invest that money in the mean time in CD's in say a TD Ameritrade account.
