Since you already have the systems in place to handle your own, I would think it would be fairly easy to add on other owners.

Getting a license is one thing, finding a good broker who will take a green agent is another, now add on top of that someone who has no clue as to the area just makes things tougher.Don't mean know the market, just know areas, know your way around, know the town a bit and the economy there.
