If you send a "sneaker" piece that misleads people, you will need to be sufficiently compelling in your sales conversion to address any concerns regarding trust and comfort with someone who fooled them with their mail carrier (envelope).The purpose of the mail piece (letter, postcard, etc.) is to get someone to raise their hand and say, 'I'm interested in learning more' so they call (or write) you.

When out in a tight spot I react apologetically and then reintegrate that I'm just the mail carrier, whom also has to abide by the rules.

Insurance carriers have different risk pools and constantly re-evaluate their rating based on those pools, so the rates at any one carrier will naturally fluctuate on any particular type of risk.I think it's a good idea to insure a property for replacement cost, at least at first.
