Maybe someone can develop an app that provides bio-feedback and will send inbound callers with elevated blood pressure and/or heart rate to voicemail? 

If you find cheap fees, be prepared to walk to the 5th flr instead of using the elevator (either nonexistant or broken).They are still building there, God knows why?

If you can get upto the 3500 elevation level in some deserts, you can get better than most otherwise from what I can tell the weather basically sucks pretty much everywhere else , wind tunnels, heat tunnels, humidity tunnels, frost tunnels, rain tunnels...all the tunnels.
