I think that is part of the point if a Realtor had gotten to that nice of house in that nice of area the seller would have made much more money than a wholesaler taking advantage of what has to be an uniformed seller... :)  that's one point of view.And no I drive a Hyundai but I fly a Cirrus  !!!

It's also pretty amazing that you peeps have this uncanny ability to know that all the sellers the wholesalers contract with are "not smart", or are old ladies, or are uniformed.
