I have heard alot about using these at the "point of use". you can have tiny cheap ones installed beneath a sink or faucet at each outlet. this has some efficiency gains in not sending hot water a long way through cold pipes, but would require a decent bit of replumbing and wiring (if electric).You run a cold line to each "point of use" and have a small tankless unit there.

Not only have they purchased entire streets and renovated all the houses (front porch lawn chairs and kegerator included in all houses), they have 60+ condos they are currently renting/renovating inside the mill, and they have A COMMUNITY OF 20+ TINY HOUSES they will be renting out soon.

I have built in FLA and in those build to rent or starter homes we do build them to the absolute minimum standard .. tiny kitchens Chinese granite cheap builder grade appliance minimum windows per code etc etc.. its the only way you can get to the price point that will make sense for a buy and hold investor..

- The mobile home lots bring in more rent than the RV lots, and since my brother is in construction, the plan would be to over time transition those lots to either mobile homes or tiny homes (my brother has decent experience with tiny homes).

Yeah, nothing changes, it's still NOT growing wealth, it's just that your using #'s so big, that the tiny return is so much MORE then your life expenses, we can do the exact same in Real Estate and be way more.
