Buying a chandelier for the kitchen or dining room and custom lighting for the bathroom can make it seem like you’ve done expensive custom lighting throughout.

When we got there we were stunned to see the condition of the place.

I guess I would have them come back over to the house, sit down at the dining room table, and get the lease signed?

Ended up using just 160 ft of the unit (was the original kitchen dining area of the unit which included a half bath and separate entrance) and was actually able to relocate kitchen dining area to living area and increasedmy rent to $750 for the unit.

BART is there and it's right next to Walnut Creek, where people can go do the upscale thing for dining and shopping, without having to go to SF.
