Understanding the REI is a team sport, I need to connect with like minded individuals so I’m contemplating joining REIA and other real estate investing meet-ups; any recommendations?

I wish I would have stuck with sports in high school.

I did a lot of side work as a Production Assistant behind the scenes on TV shows like "Storage Wars" and "ESPN Sport Science"... basically just a big guy to have on set to do all the lifting and grunt work. 

The conditions are just part of the sport.

I'm thinking mid size to larger cities with a college, large hospital, sports teams or some kind of seasonal industry.I find this attractive, as some of the cities I've been thinking of moving to, and house hacking in a quadplex, are affordable, which is great for buying.

We enjoy the local college sports (season tickets to basketball and football), travel, hiking, snorkel/SCUBA, fishing.  

@Jonathan Casillas Their goal is likely related to girls or sports but we will see if they take to Rich Dad.  

Quite a few old Florida towns tending to quirky with fantastic water sport opportunities.

I like to do winter sports and hike.
