And even then, if you want to use this type of business accounting software, Wave is perfectly adequate for everything you need to do for rental property accounting, and it's free (for what you need for rentals).For most rental property owners, you can use personal finance software (Simplifi, Quicken, etc.), or you can use rental-specific software (Stessa, Rental Hero, etc.). 

So, if you are investing personally that simplifies that issue..Hope that helps.

What I'm against is buying properties from Roofstock, and other online platforms that claim to revolutionize RE investing and simplify the process.

Please do consider that I have highly simplified the overall premise here in the interest of being quick and concise, and also because I frankly don't 100% understand the business.

@Mordchai Lunger I will simplify the concept for you even more:Don't think of finding and buying a property "with" an investor/ mentor.Think in terms of finding a propert "for" an investor/mentor.You risk time and legwork.
