Please everyone I know we are all optimistic about REAL Estate being the best investment which it is but in times like this you MUST have emergency reserves.

As scary as all this is I’m optimistic that deals may finally become easier to find.

Wall Street loves this environment, real estate Optimists vigorously arguing with Pessimists who tear away at the value of real estate and the soundness of owning and keeping it.It keeps us occupied debating real estate rather than turning our attention to  an equally important debate, the soundness of staying in Wall Street's products.I can live in my rental if necessary.I cannot live in my Gold, Bitcoins or Wall Street portfolio.

I am very optimistic about Los Angeles in the long term; however, I think the market is very expensive right now.
