I generally how they function--they basically facilitate purchases of properties in turnkey condition in various cities--but I don't know the source of the properties or what responsibilities Roofstock takes for the quality of everything.

It is important that your first deals are close to home so that you are not spending time traveling or need to hire a property manager to facilitate.

Haven't even mentioned the fact that you can tick off a Realtor wholesaling for facilitating sales without a license and they can turn you in to the RE Commission, so just shooting off a contract to wholesale without first talking to them will be like rolling the dice.7.
