Either get a fire proof safe or bank locker and now a days there are a lot of cloud based online storage solutions available as well but they will of course only have scanned copies not originals. 

I have been looking at Tenant Cloud as well as Cozy.

Any suggestions on wireless systems that that have online access and cloud storage?

Feeling like an ambulance chaser is bad. 

A property that has clouded title, you can't sell, and any money you sink into it improves it for the bank, and that's its.

Honestly the buyer is in a favorable position at this point because they could easily cloud title if there was a disagreement.The safest thing may be to specify this in the contract, but it isn't standard to TREC contracts.

Carbonite is one choice for storing everything and from what i understand is secure, but how often do you need to access that information right away to need the cloud storage ?
