The closest thing I have found is retail arbitrage, or online flipping / drop shipping / amazon sales.

I read the section 8 bible book last year and that may be the closest thing to hearing someone have success, but even then I’m not sure if that was warzone or just low income .

A degree isn’t necessary for building a business in real estate....neither is one for being s realtor......the closest functional degree is economics but even that is fluff(minored in economics) most of what is in these college degree programs is all theory. 

I went to a private school and the closest thing I learned to finance was when we were taught how to balance a checkbook.
