If there is gross negligence involved and proved, there will be blood.

That is essentially the upper bounds, there's no more blood to be squeezed from Seattle area residents.

One home was so horrific the people lay dead inside the master bedroom for days and the blood seeped through the floor to the living room.

It takes grit, blood sweat tears and FIRE.Sorry no offense to anyone on here who charges to coach but sounds like BS.Take the $15-30k and put it as a downpayment on a  2-4 unit and live in one of the units.
