We fell for the "free" a couple of times, but have always returned to Beautitone (Canadian brand through Home Hardware) as the best quality for the dollar.Regardless of the brand on which you settle, if you are a landlord then you get the most benefit on standardizing your palette across your portfolio  (the exception if you are doing high-end, executive-style rentals).
