@Charles Stubblebine - If you strike out with WSFS bank than just start calling every bank in New Castle County.

The numbers by themselves are not all that striking, but it's impossible to say much to you without knowing anything about location.

Hopefully, the three of you can find some middle ground and strike a deal but looking at him as an adversary will probably not help you buy the house. 

Took inactive approach by not marketing As for PM, I want to encourage you to patiently interview and work with local management companies until you find and strike the right deal.

One thing that I had not thought of was striking a deal with land owners and offering a package to hunters.
