I dont think its a bad idea to attend boot camps or trainings offered by national speakers as you usually get some materials and several days of training and the average cost I have seen them go for is from $999 - $3,000 on average. 

You all just made me realize how strong you will get hit back when you say something negative, Thanks for the advice , I really appreciate it, I edited my first response, as I feel most of the replies I got were due to the fact that I incorrectly formulated my post ( note: I'm not a native english speaker so sometimes the intent of the message is a bit different than is seems) I assure you all that I greatly appreciate all feedback , both negative and positive and I am not trying to offend anyone not even the least bit.

So half way through the day the speaker (who was very thorough at what he did) aggressively starts trying to sell us on spending between 20k to 60k on software and a mentor to walk you through the real estate process.

Our OP Jason Abrams is a very motivating speaker/agent at the office. 

We are a no fee no push group and I try to bring quality speakers each month.

Our meet up brings out 40-50 investors and our guest speakers are experienced syndicators in the business.

The first set of speakers are from MHI, but that is not their topic.

It could consist of a Roomba and (2) Alexa speakers, as an additional source of income?
