After a few minutes I immediately called Law Enforcement who responded to the scene pretty quickly.

Like Chatt has a huge outdoor scene, so we have insane eco tourism, we also have the fastest internet in the country so that brings tech folks to us, and we have an influx of manufacturing in the last decade and some change.

We have a program where we get you a line of credit (pre-approved) but we still have to have at least a desktop appraisal done so it cant be sight on scene.

You also need to account for cultural experiences (Broadway, Museums, Concerts), food choices and quality of said choices(I may or may not have cried when my favorite chinese take-out place closed for good due to COVID19), dating scene etc.  

They never see how you prevent problems or keep a deal together behind the scenes.
