I might try to market it with all of those Free Food Benefits.It might not rent for more, but it might be more popular with the right long term tenants.That's better than a garden, you don't have to do anything except gather the food every year.And if it's on Eden Street even better.Good Luck!

In Brooklyn I like DUMBO and Carroll Gardens but it's $$$.

If not I highly recommend you get one to garden with your car loan payment.A really great way to build your score is to use your credit card every month and pay it off. 

Then there won't be sod available for the lawns when you need it, the gardeners will disappear because someone yells "ice" and it's just someone that is hot and wants some ice but the gardeners think they mean something else.

For our C properties in garden apartments, I don't think it would work as well.We offer short term rentals on a few of our properties and charge a premium, but we do in house.

The messy garden is just a taste of how their lives look like inside.

Right now I am thinking I would like to find a 2-3 BR property within a 15 minute drive to Busch Gardens (which by proximity will also be close to USF), and I'm hoping to buy a house at around $200k-$250k (financed) along with $50k or less on a rehab.
