Thanks for all of your generous support, solid content, willingness to serve and come out to speak at NYC BP Meet Up and for all of your thoughtful responses to me and so many others on BP and beyond!!!

I own 2 Gatlinburg STR’s, and in my opinion, 2-2.5% gross monthly rental of the purchase price is very generous!  

Obviously the property won't cash flow enough to cover this principal repayment in 3 years, but it does give me a chance to extend the savings window to get into the REI game while taking advantage of a generous offer while it's in front of me. 

Now that I'm an agent, my clients are all getting me rather generous gifts.

If you chose to quit working completely or were incapable of working due, how much would you need to continue living your dream life, maintain your business, and be generous towards others? 

These were investors who thought they were getting a great deal on a portfolio purported to be worth $30 - $50 million and had a true value of a few hundred thousand if we were being generous.

Say that house could have rented for $2,500/mo at the time and I'm being generous here.

The most I would return as half of October's rent, if you're feeling generous.

Since you were generous enough to give them a house, I'm sure they will help.If you're asking how to get the house back, I say don't forget how you repaid your parents by being kind and compassionate.
