Yes, the Bush administration has been a disappointment.

Houses for 50k can rent for 800 (VERY Conservative number), and there are enough run down houses that there is room for profit everywhere.I guess what I'm saying is, if you're looking in this area, I dont believe you will be disappointed.

But I like to crunch numbers on the conservative side so I can be happily surprised vs disappointed/screwed.

While they have had good discounts, I have been disappointed.

If "deals" are scarce in that particular space then missing it for just a few thousand dollars could be a disappointment.

But all the other trades, I just find disappointing.
