Their interface is clunky at best but they do the full credit, eviction, and criminal check and you can have the applicant pay for it directly rather than pulling a fee and paying yourself.Cozy.co also provides a screening service, but unless they have updated it they were missing one of the big 3 checks last I looked.

For example, I live in and have access to the Twin Cities MLS system (the MLS is what you can access, if licensed, to browse properties listed for sale, etc), so I have great coverage of active/pending/sold properties in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.

We had a similar issue with a much older home & yours may also be an easy fix if you have it assessed correctly.The poorly fitted gutter/flashing interface on our upper roof (to the right of the galvanized stack we removed) finally let go & a very small finger sized hole let in the moisture.The fix could have been a simple bandaid but I decided to replace the 1987 roof instead. (24 square on a Sunday with 8 guys helping $5k).But it then required the 'surgical' removal of one section of moldy kitchen ceiling drywall.
