We weren't planning on pets but I understand "service animals" are under a different category.I'm not sure if fair housing laws vary from state to state but with regards to California…What is the correct legal verbiage to use in a phone call to say..A: We aren't Section 8 approvedB: No pets allowed.Interestingly enough, Craigslist flagged using "no pets" in the body of the text.

@bryce Davis, if ever i could find someone like you. building wealth is the same as having a nice body/working out at the gym. it takes hard work and discipline (hard work->at the gym and discipline--> what you eat). for me, there is no real risk when one is trying to attain an amazing body, losing money is risky. having someone who's already successful to show me the ropes, that would be ideal.

You would know your market the best and I think with a little more research in sales/lease comps, asking student body, reaching out to student housing to ask about there typical requirements/standards/comps, all of that would answer more of your questions.
