An apartment complex at 17th & Hillside was just sold and is going to be re-developed into a "smart/green" community.

I am currently in the process of selling a property and will be re-investing the proceeds.

I hesitate to spend money on something that can’t be relied upon.

No issues on my side doing it, you just have to keep in mind if you sell a property your loan may have to be re-evaluated.
