Investors was too specific of a term when I meant to be generic in saying repaying my loan (wherever it comes from).I was more or less asking if anyone has done this and run into issue with the rehab itself that would make me living in the home not possible.

In the past, we just sent a letter followed by monthly generic "we buy houses" post cards.

But as more generic advice goes get good with your personal finances to understand what you are able to do as far as capital and risk.

There has to be specific reasons, not generic ones like "to split the work".  

I have a very specific way to build some lists that a generic RE marketing company won't do.

It can look really generic but sending these types of documents to them without them asking shows that you know what your doing and that will let them chase you a bit because it appears like you are shopping around....

Any contract you use needs to be checked/okayed by an attorney in your state, not a generic one off the shelf at a store or found online.You DO NOT want to get an REA involved in a wholesale transaction.

I understand that building non spec may have plenty of change orders as buyer changes his /her mind, but i still see it with lower priced generic spec builds...
