Each property can be different, depending on if a member puts money into the account or drew money.

Anyway we bought the property 6 years ago (almost to the day) and initially tried to build a site built home, which I designed and drew to construction documents for.

HI Drew, When I go through the apartment with my tenant to sign the lease I open up a fresh pack of batteries and put them in. 

These attorneys had some sort of personal vendetta against each other that no one else knew about, which was cause for many heated emails (and conference calls) and drew out the process THAT much more.
