That at the least will be the defense that gets raised.I would suggest a slightly more accommodating approach.  

There is almost no defense against paying “too much” at least once or twice.

But in defense you may say, "Well it's a very true statement.

As one example, why don't the Democrats address the need for tort reform, eliminating defensive medicine, and the escalating malpractice insurance costs which drive some specialists out of practice, all a huge drain on the cost of health care (maybe because they won't go up against the trial lawyers who benefit).

Wow, defensive much?

Carriers (battleships, etc) have modern defensive weapons that can handle aircraft fired missiles.

It is easy for a company to grow and forget what got them there to begin with.If people get defensive of others statements it can make them close minded and limit growth and learning and insight into their own business.Of course the statements have to have something of value to learn from in the first place to be considered.Do turn key properties only push what they are selling or do they also locate other properties??

The only difference is Obama has included all Defense spending in his Budget where Bush considered war time spending as an add-on.
