Steer clear of big companies - They are really only targeted to get bums on seats and thats how you end up with lousy tenants and a trashed property.......

I’ll be sure to steer clear away from jerks like the one I was dealing with. 

They should steer you in the right direction and tell you which deals are not good to buy, even though they look good on paper.

Can you guys steer me in the direction of forms used to put a property under contract, assignment forms, and investor friendly title companies? 

Plus you aren't going to be paying 10%, but more like 30%.That was what originally steered us away from them.

County growth planning is to steer 95% of growth over the next 20 years to the western urban county and county PDS has already made it clear that they're not going to be building new east/west roads from Hwy 9.
