Yeah I checked with a DIO for the city and basically because its a semi-detached the zoning bylaw allows a secondary dwelling in the basement regardless if its on one parcel, essentially making two duplex.

You sure the HOA fees you're seeing are monthly amounts and not annual or semi-annual?

They will inspect the inside of the property at least semi-annually.

Satin/semi-gloss will allow you to clean and touch-up specific dirty/damaged areas.

I've learned a lot from your posts and realize I was looking at it from a semi-inexperienced perspective, but my gut told me that it was a little too good to be true, potentially.Part of why I beat this topic was to learn more about potential pitfalls so that I didn't get pulled into a similar trap in the future.
