You certainly do not want them deciding to replace the entire fan, which leads to electrical work and proper hanging attachments.You/your Handyman (or other contractor depending on the issue) repair/replace as appropriate, and bill the Tenant for reimbursement.

Will they also regulate the amount the electric companies will reimburse customers for the grid-tie sell back amount? 

The Jefferson county commissioners voted to reimburse me my original investment, but not the interest, as I recall.  

You could also get another cleaner out there, or if the tenant wants to get a specific cleaner you could offer to reimburse them on their choice.

So you don't want to use Customer:Job in any way dealing with property expensesI use the Customer:Job feature only for Reimbursable Expenses. 

If we had been relying on them to get the funds released to pay our contractors at the time, rather than being reimbursed later, it would have been a problem.  

I don't want to miss the opportunity to attend so if I were selected as a volunteer but already purchased a ticket, would we be reimbursed?

It seems to me mileage reimbursement vs expenses would be much better.

Remember, thee are people without the financial wherewithal to buy their own properties so you’re not getting reimbursed when things go wrong.
