So many deals happen behind the scenes that its tough to determine after renovated value.

When I came on the scene three of the four units each had one dog on the lease - there were 12 dogs in the house!

I am also new to the REI scene and currently working on building my knowledge and business foundation.

It's more of the behind the scenes/business side of investing I'm new to.

Behind the scenes there were several emails and phone calls coordinating the date of the transfer of a significant amount of funds.

I'm new to the investing scene and I'm still reading, taking webinars, and getting all the education I can.

I would say don’t drop out having that degree will open many doors in the REI scene and will give you a one up on many investors.
