There have been some hiccups which I don't think are necessarily transition issues but rather workflow/workload issues so I'm hesitant at this point to give an enthusiastic recommendation. 

It was for our own security that we have multiple layers in place to protect ourselves when issues arise, but due to a growing list of investors working along side us, we have expanded our layers of protection.

Seems like if there were any unexpected hiccups in the eventual purchase, it could end up not going in your favor.I can tell that if I were the Seller, I would not be comfortable agreeing to such in writing.

., but we don't want to dip into our emergency funds on this first venture.Has anyone ever utilized a personal loan, along side a HML, to get through your fin and flip project?

Biggest piece for me would be perhaps developing a contractor agreement on my end that could have prevented some hiccups down the road; ultimately the work was done well but drawn out and demands for payment outside of the quoted schedule.

I'm personally part of the Jake and Gino community alongside @Nick Sheveland and have nothing but positive things to say about it.

I have some interviews with brokers this week, alongside some lenders, and will be definitely discussing this.

We do not own any property together but we have since acquired more properties individually since working past this minor hiccup. 

I am buying a few properties myself right now and the only reason I feel somewhat confident at these prices is because I will be able to absorb any shorter term hiccups that I might have on the new properties with the cash flow from my other properties.

Even if they had hiccups with the transition, they should have let you know.
