For me, I have a standard 9-5, but I started working a side gig as a food delivery driver.

Land prices are up , lumber is up , labor is up due to demand , permits take longer due to covid , as are inspections , delivery times on materials are behind . 

With all the mail getting lost in delivery now - perhaps it would be a better idea to bypass them altogether.

They would send one out with each pizza delivery.

Postage will also affect delivery.

I do when you are trying to brand or aren't mixing up your delivery.  

Post office states a 3-30 day delivery window I find most of these land around day 10 after mailing.
