The first thing that happens when you become a leader is that you come under assault.

I keep contemplating hiring a PM employee or starting my own business.

I am just contemplating, but I would assume the bright and multiple color styles could have had something to do with the fact that new, artificial materials were being used for the first time and these materials could be more easily infused with color than the natural wood and stone materials of previous construction.Another thing I have noticed is that there are a lot of beautiful wood floors covered in crappy old carpet.

There's a lot of industries, commerce and just A-B retail near by (like national chain grocery/ CVS/walgreens etc)I'm contemplating developing the land or partnering with a developer then selling the land. 

I'm always contemplating the East Coast.

@Brandon Lowery  I think its a mistake to delete the thread I don't think you can.. but maybe management will do it.. this is a great learning experience for those contemplating a 1031.. to know that the industry is basically unregulated and that who you choose is absolutely critical ... to your investment safety. 

All of my family and coworkers said I was stupid to give up a good job with amazing benefits -- At first I was nervous that they were right -- NOW - I wouldn't go back for the world - My Time is free to use as I choose and I love it --- Im no longer waiting until the magic day in the distant future to spend my Time doing what I want...So, how does all of that pertain to the topic of the discussion -- I have $ in a 401k that we are contemplating our next move -- I know all of the reasons why it would be a mistake to pull it out - I know that if I do cash out, the amount of money I lose will likely make me sick to my stomach for a few weeks .....

So, as someone who has been so fortunate in life so as to be in this position where I get to actually contemplate buying a SECOND house (or multi-family unit, which is what I actually want to do), I feel it’s my responsibility to really research and understand if and how I can buy another property (and another one after that) in such a way that I am truly impacting society in a positive way.
