I may try that as it's a cheap metal structure and provides added value.

Cherry These are about the property divided in a folder with those bend over metal stays at the top.

The screws probably go through the plastic inner panel into either sheet metal or another piece of plastic, and the screw has stripped out.

They showed me that the unit had been damaged by having the sheet metal bent in against the drum and said that it had come into the store that way and had been placed on the floor as clearance to get rid of it instead of returning to the manufacturer for credit.

What I do offer: Is experience in maintaining land, landscaping, construction, wood-working, metals, and a background is Real Estate Maintenance.

I'm working through it...each day, doing something to keep my momentum going and my proverbial pedal to the metal!!
