One opinion comes from someone selling you on the idea how great these can be .. the other is just posting real world knowledge.from my  perspective once in foreclosure very difficult to change bad behavior patterns.

And so many homeowners are just to naïve to understand some of this stuff.Its this type of behavior and transactions that will get the attention of regulators..

It seems that people think businesses can do no wrong, but if you find yourself victimized by questionable behavior of corporations you should suffer the consequences or something along those lines.

It rewards the tenant's bad behavior and lets them walk off and do the same thing to the next Landlord.

Real estate investors are already being looked at with suspicion , so, if we don't police the people who are doing wrong, then we are condoning the behavior and are part of the problem.

His parents are doing him no favors by allowing this messed up behavior.

The bottom line is that tenants don't change their behavior just because they start out thinking they are buying the house.
