A fellow investor has a duplex in a C-class area & 6 mailboxes appeared so to avoid a conflict I told him to ask for mailbox rental :)BUT up here in NYC calling someone an 'illegal alien' can be construed as a hate crime & you cannot deny housing per se ???

The liability would not cover the medical per se, the injured party would have to prove some fault/negligence on your part which happened to get them injured for the liability to kick in for medical.
