That being said, there is no "rent control" per se, although if you ask for any raise the tenants can contest, and you can't agree with the tenant then the Régie will establish the raise.

With that said, as an out of state landlord, it seems to me this still doesn't replace "Property Managment" per se.

Here in Indy, se stick mostly to SFH's and Duplexes with separate meters. 

A fellow investor has a duplex in a C-class area & 6 mailboxes appeared so to avoid a conflict I told him to ask for mailbox rental :)BUT up here in NYC calling someone an 'illegal alien' can be construed as a hate crime & you cannot deny housing per se ???

While it isn't one stop shop, per se, I would talk to the retail brokers, since they tend to be easier to find.  

Otherwise, someone could game the system a bit, particularly if they're already earning 110k+ from other jobs or businesses, such that their incremental SE taxes are maxed out on SSI and they're just paying the 2.9% medicare.

Martin  shoot, traveling solo/ backpacker style through the developing world like SE Asia, Latin America, Africa, etc. on $50/day budget ain't cheap.

The liability would not cover the medical per se, the injured party would have to prove some fault/negligence on your part which happened to get them injured for the liability to kick in for medical.
