When you are under contract and are going through the mortgage process the lender is going to pull credit and review the last 90 days of credit inquiries (credit cards, car loans, student loans, personal loans, etc.).If there are recent inquiries from other financial institutions, the lender will require you to sign a form acknowledging the credit inquiry from the institution, and if any new debt was obtained as a result of the credit pull.

When I received the aforementioned harassing call it went right into a separate subsection of the guys notice to quit.Based on previous threads, there are more than a few who are scared to death of their tenants and won't even acknowledge they are the landlord when confronted- they claim to be the property manager.

You can prove exclusive possession if you rented the property out or used it yourself, or if the owner acknowledged that you were in possession and not him/her.
