When I moved here in 1997 I was 30 years old and even though all the jobs were in DTC, I bought a house in Alamo Placita because I didn't care to live in Greenwood Village / Highlands Ranch / Parker / Littleton.

Hopefully this has brought you full circle to understand the reason the advice provided by @Tim Wieneke is most sound.The vast majority of us on BP are not attorneys, we don't live in your village, don't know how things work there, don't know the judge and/or any relationship s/he may have with the attorney.

Our electrician says we won't have electricity in the building for 4 days - until the village inspector gives his OK to get the electricity back.  

Just NYC, check the historical transaction histories on the Empire State Building, Stuyvesant Town–Peter Cooper Village, and 666 Park Ave where the President’s son-in-law fell down the rabbit hole.

I grew up in Southern Korea, beautiful/clean-aired ocean front village until I turned 15 so living in such packed city was a hell.

It takes a village...to teach an investor. 

It still puts me in a bind with a lot I can't rent and I am sure that soon the village will be complaining about an abandoned mobile home.

This is done all the time in retirement villages.

I closed on a condo in Ukrainian Village last week, and have filled the 2 leftover bedrooms with roommates.
