I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I am looking for a referral for a good Real Estate Attorney specializing in Landlord/Tenant in Central Orange County (ie: Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Westminster area).

Make sure when you run your numbers you include all your home expenses like insurance, property taxes, gardener, water/trash/sewer and of course the big one, repairs/maintenance!

Then, one day she decided to go to one of my apartment building and she fell in love with the plants and she started fairly large vegetable gardens at 3 buildings.

Drive through it frequently, at different times of the day -- you might be surprised by what your find -- people taking care of lawns of tending to backyard vegetable gardens, parents sitting on porches watching children play, neighbors chatting. 

Some ideas I thought of was a dog park, community garden, and grilling/picnic area. 

Also, the proximity to Busch gardens makes it very attractive for your following tenant.Number two is Tampa heights, south of the university and slightly north of downtown.

Read up on the internet about the increase in the percent of lawsuits filed by employees and a high percent of these lawsuits were related to property owners, live-in property managers and all of the handymen, gardeners and people who work for you.
