It means my property won't appreciate as I'm already at the top end and competing with homes in other neighborhoods.Consider staging that dining room, the diagonal tile is pretty busy, but nice, set it off or balance it out with furnishings.

As I understand it, there has to be a closet and an egress...anyone have any further insight into this...I have a property that is a 2-BR, and the only way to add another bedroom is to convert the dining area in the center of the house...

I'll do a few strategic things like convert a useless dining room into an extra bedroom, put el cheapo Chinese granite counter tops on crappy cabinets and paint them just to make them look good, replace the toilet, add some updated fixtures then, put some lipstick (paint) on that pig and sell it for almost top dollar.

Boiler looks newer. 1 unit is a 1 bed room, 2nd has 1 bed room with smaller rm with closet but not big for a real 2 bed room. 2nd floor has full 3 bed rooms, living rm, dining rm and a 4th room with no closet.

I was appalled to see that  they had taken a section of damaged vinyl out of a kitchen dining space, and replaced it with a TOTALLY different vinyl.
