I looked at the outer islands to invest and to live but it can be more expensive to travel between islands than to the mainland, vacancy is usually higher, traffic is just as bad because of fewer roads, and most medical needs above routine are only available in Honolulu.  

Eventually the bad feelings will subside as you get back into your daily routine.

I tried the working man routine but it failed to impress potential commercial tenants.

Have this done along with routine (every 6 months) preventative rootx.

Some providers will not only rent your apartment but be responsible for damage and pay for routine turnover costs.
