I had one floor that was so bad the carpets and padding had to be removed then I had to seal off the subfloor/plywood with BIN Primer then lay out a thick plastic sheeting then install new padding and carpet.If you dont neutralize the source of the odor every time the carpet gets wet or damp from humidity it will smell again.

At this point the legal bills for trying to get my money back from these people total $3,600, and I have had to make four trips to Detroit, all in a so far futile effort to salvage this money.Just as bad as being ruined financially -- I am a small fry investor putting up many generations of family savings -- is the experience of dealing with people like this, by far the worst of my life.

@Michael Glunk I’d get a keurig and a creative assortment or coffee pods, stock the fridge up with breakfast type things, OJ, Apple juice, 1/2&1/2, medium size 2% milk, small fruit basket with bananas, apples, oranges, and some muffins from grocery store in a plastic 4 pack container so they will last several days.

Then there is choice as adult, to do what is required, yes it's hard and can suck, to go to college or university, and again PUT IN THE WORK, or not, spend early 20's seeing how many brain cells one can fry.
