Novice on BK question.

I'm sorry for the novice questions but that is what I am. 

My impression (though I am definitely a novice about REI) is that commercial has fewer hassles--and cash flows as well. 

My primary goal is to acquire more properties quickly from either refinance or heloc from existing properties.  I have roughly 50K right now to invest and I am looking into 2 different turnkey providers, Morris Invest...

When it comes to specifics about THE BEST strategies with respect to funding, property acquisition, and the transactional process I am a novice. 

After the presentation, I was approached by two novice real estate investors.

Clearly you are under a great deal of pressure as a new landlord trying not to lose money but you are making a lot of novice mistakes.

Your comment is fine, I post to provide information, not everyone values others opinions, this medium is often difficult for some to interperit, and I really don't care.Edit: I just realised your the guy I accused of being a novice landlord for being afraid to raise your tenants rent to market value. 

The title of this thread points out one of the major defining factors between novice and seasoned professional landlords.

That is a red flag when screening and a common error novice landlord make.
