You can watch the ice floe move back and forth in front of the house and the river otters goofing around but that is about it.

Your market may be different but the STR market as a whole is experienced some saturation and the cream rises to the top. 

Vancouver is a bedroom community and if your going south to PDX traffic can be horrible..but if they are not driving during commute hours should be OK.we get a little weather in Oregon s well.. we had an ice storm also.. not nearly as bad as Texas and summer well this is the best summer weather other than the SF bay area  or prime LA..
